Modern Family with cutting flower garden (Medium Family garden)

The brief was to create a new family garden outside a new extension.
This family needed to include space for playing on the lawn and incorporating the trampoline. They also required different places for sitting and relaxing. I designed the whole garden to bring all the elements together including the cutting garden at the back of the garden, the existing pond. I designed in new paths and screens to bring flow and connection.
The planting was very important to this garden as the client grows cut flowers, so we created generous borders for plants that can be used in flower arrangements.
